I request the first night’s accommodation cost as a deposit at the time of booking. This can either be paid by cheque,credit/debit card or by electronic bank transfer. This amount is non refundable should you need to cancel your booking, unless I can re-let the room. There is a charge of 2.5% when using a credit card.
If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your arrival then the full rate will be charged and a refund only considered if the room is re-let therefore I strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself should this happen. In the event of such a circumstance we will provide all the relevant paperwork for your insurance company to claim back any monies lost.
Pets are welcome however they must be kept under control at all times as we are beside livestock. Under no circumstances are pets to be left alone in the property. There is an additional charge of £25/week for pets. A maximum of 2 pets per property. Please advise at time of booking giving breed details etc.
